Where is the 2004 Ford Excursion fuel pump relay located?

Is the fuel pump relay a fuse? According to Google, the fuel pump relay in my 2004 Ford Excursion might need to be replaced. I’m trying to find it so I can work on it!

The 2004
Ford Excursion
fuel relay pump is located in your fuse box, which is below and to the left of the steering wheel. It will be hidden behind a panel by the brake pedal, so you’ll need to remove some trim in order to access this relay.
Once you access the fuse box, you’ll need to locate the correct relay. To do this, I recommend using your owner’s manual, since it will contain diagrams with labels for each relay and fuse. This will help you find the correct relay quickly and easily. If you don’t have access to your owner’s manual, however, you can find the relay on the back side of your fuse box.
