Is a Hyundai Veloster a good first car?

I’m on vacation in Florida, and I don’t feel like bringing shoes to the beach, but we have to drive there. Is it illegal to drive barefoot in Florida?

I had a friend help touch up my car’s clear coat, but he went a little too heavy with the spray paint and now I have a couple of runs that stick out like a sore thumb. I just hope this is easy to fix. How do you fix clear coat runs on a car?

Is there a way to get insurance information if someone at fault won't provide it? My neighbor's dog bit my son and the neighbors won't provide insurance information. We had to go to the hospital for the bite and we now have medical bills. We also have our own homeowners insurance.
