Where is Rolls-Royce based in the UK?
I’m writing a paper on the history of British automobiles and I’m missing some facts about Rolls-Royce. I don’t know much about the modern-day practices of the brand. That’s why I’d like to know, where in the UK is Rolls-Royce based?

When it comes to British automobiles, Rolls Royce is the crown jewel. Rolls Royce is based in Goodwood, England in the UK. Goodwood is part of the picturesque West Sussex countryside in southeast England.
When
BMW
acquired Rolls-Royce in 2003 a new plant was opened in Goodwood, a beautiful rural setting that’s part of South Downs National Park in England. Every Rolls-Royce vehicle is hand-built in this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In 2004, the building itself was given an award for its architectural merit and environmentally conscious design. The Goodwood facility produces about 20 Rolls-Royce vehicles per day with a staff of over 1,700 employees. The Roll-Royce manufacturing facility’s exterior is made with sustainably sourced limestone and thousands of sedum plants cover the eight-acre roof to improve insulation and rainwater runoff. The Rolls-Royce Goodwood facility is proud to report that over 60% of its waste is recycled.
