Where can I find out when I got my driver's license?

"I remember the year, but not the exact date. I'm looking for car insurance quotes online and most carriers are asking for it."

“To find the exact date you were licensed, there’s a few things you can do. If you still have your original license, there will be an issue date listed on it. This issue date will be the date that you were first licensed.
If you’ve renewed your license or gotten a new license since you were first licensed, you’ll want to contact the DMV directly. They will have the date on file. You may also be able to request your driving record online, which will have the date you were first licensed as well.
Car insurance
companies ask for the date you were first licensed as this helps determine your rate. Someone who has been licensed longer often will have a lower rate than a new driver.”
