Where are Toyota trucks made?

I want to buy a new truck. I recently saw a Toyota parked in a lot and was instantly mesmerized by its aggressive looks. I always like to know where the products I buy come from, however. Where does Toyota make its trucks?

Although Toyota is a Japanese name, all Toyota trucks come from either Apaseo el Grande, Mexico or San Antonio, Texas. More specifically, the Toyota Tacoma is made in Mexico while the Toyota Tundra is assembled in the Lone Star State.
Up until 2021, the Tacoma was also produced in San Antonio—but citing extra, unjustified overhead costs, Toyota moved production of the Tacoma to Mexico. The truck is still, however, held to the same quality standards as any built in the United States.
