Where are Ford trucks made?

Are Ford trucks made in America or are they shipped in from somewhere else? I’m trying to stick to American brands these days.

There are two different places that produce Ford trucks: Dearborn, Michigan, which is also the home base for the Ford brand, and the Kansas City Assembly Plant located in Claycomo, Missouri.
This means that Ford trucks are only produced in America, so the Ford brand is about as American as you can get for your pickup. Other brands that manufacture trucks within the United States include:
  • Chevrolet
  • Honda
  • Toyota
  • GMC
  • Dodge
If you’re interested in American-made vehicles only, this list is a great place to start shopping.
