The best time to visit Death Valley National Park is in the spring in late March or early April. While this is the busiest time of year for tourists, it’s for good reason—the weather is milder than in other months and you may witness the park’s magnificent springtime wildflower bloom.
Summer starts early in Death Valley—around May—and they are severe! Make sure to plan properly if you visit the park that time of year.
