This could include any degree of speeding, as well as several other actions, including:
- Weaving through traffic
- Passing a stopped school bus
- Ignoring traffic signals and stop signs
- Street racing
- Tailgating
Although Kansas doesn’t use a points system to track traffic violations, you could face a misdemeanor charge with the following penalties:
- Jail time between five and 90 days
- A fine between $25 and $500
