What size are standard Pontiac Firebird rims?

I tried changing my fuel filter, and the car wouldn’t start. I took it to a mechanic, and he says it’s not a problem with the filter, but air in the fuel lines that need to be bled. Is that what you’re supposed to do if there’s air in your fuel line and the car won’t start?

Where do I need to go to renew my Honolulu driver’s license? I haven’t had to renew my license since moving to Hawaii and I’m not sure how to do it.

Is there any way to tell if your car is low on freon? My air conditioning isn't working well, but I don't know if it's because it's low on freon or something else.
