, all you have to do is lubricate your door latches (the metal components you can see inside your doors when you open them) with some WD-40.Once you do that, turn your car on and then off again to make sure the dome light is functioning properly. But if it’s still getting stuck on, the next step is to get new door latch hinge pins. If you have a little experience with car repair, you can try replacing them yourself—or bring your truck to a local auto body shop instead.
