How do you delete a Bluetooth device from a 2019 Honda CR-V?

I’m getting ready to return my lease, and I’d like to make sure my phone information is cleared from the infotainment system. Can you tell me how to delete a Bluetooth device from a Honda CR-V 2019?

It’s a good idea to clear your devices as you prepare for a lease return, and it’s fairly easy, too—once you know where to look!
To delete a Bluetooth device from a 2019
Honda CR-V
, just follow these steps:
  1. Press the PHONE button to open the phone menu on your Honda’s HandsFreeLink Multimedia Interface.
  2. Select NO if it asks if you would like to connect a phone.
  3. Select PHONE SETUP.
  4. Select BLUETOOTH SETUP.
  5. Use the rotary knob to scroll down this menu until you find DELETE DEVICE.
  6. Select the device you would like to delete and confirm that you want to delete it.
And there you have it! Your 2019 Honda CR-V lease is Bluetooth device free and you’ve made things even easier for the next owner.
Don’t forget to connect a hands-free Bluetooth device on your next vehicle! Using this feature is an easy way to cut down on
distracted driving
, which will help you avoid costly tickets and could even help you save on your
car insurance
