What kind of insurance should I have for my electric car?

I just leased a new 2021 Lucid Air. Do I need special insurance since it is an electric car?

“Congratulations on your new car! The good news is that an electric vehicle does not need a special type of insurance. However, a lease does require higher
liability insurance
limits than a loan.
In most cases, your leasing company will require you to have liability insurance limits of at least 100/300/50. This means your
bodily injury liability
is $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence. The
property damage insurance
is $50,000 per occurrence.
There is usually a limit of no higher than a $1,000 deductible for comprehensive insurance and collision insurance.
Have fun with your new ride! “
