What kind of car insurance coverage should I get when renting through Turo?
I don't drive often living in San Francisco, so I want to use Turo to get out of town and run errands. However, the company only offers minimum state liability, which isn't enough to make me feel secure. How can I get car insurance to cover me?

from a carrier. It’s a type of liability insurance that can cover you if you drive but don’t own a car.Your other option is to opt for one of Turo’s
car insurance
plans. Contrary to what you might have heard, they actually offer more than state-minimum liability insurance. They have three plans to choose from, but you should almost certainly take the Standard or Premier package, both of which offer $1 million of liability protection.”View full answer
