What is the penalty for driving without car insurance in Oregon?

I’m thinking about buying a used Acura TLX. It seems like a great car, but I’m worried that my love for my Android phone won’t tether to the head unit. Is Android Auto available on the Acura TLX?

My daily driver is a 2006 Honda Pilot SE, and one of the front headlights recently went out. I tried replacing the bulb, but it didn’t solve the problem. My mechanic friend said I need to replace the whole assembly and could probably do it myself to save some money. He ordered me the piece, but how do you replace a Honda Pilot headlight assembly?
