Lexus vehicles are thoroughly vetted before they’re put on the lot, but they come with a nice warranty for extra security. The Lexus certified pre-owned warranty is a two-year extension of the Lexus Basic warranty with a few extra perks. Here’s what’s covered in the Lexus certified pre-owned warranty:
- Exclusionary coverage for parts in your Lexus that require repair due to a defect in manufacturing or material
- Complimentary loaner car for repairs lasting more than eight hours
- Complimentary Lexus roadside assistance
- Complimentary maintenance for up to four factory-recommended services
- Reimbursement for up to three nights of lodging accommodations (up to $200/night) if you need warranty repairs while away from home
Like most other warranties, the Lexus certified pre-owned warranty does not cover repairs due to standard upkeep or wear and tear. Certain features of your Lexus may also be excluded, depending on the specific vehicle.
