MINI Cooper Clubman
or the MINI Cooper Countryman
. Here are some of the specifics to consider:
- MINI Countryman: available ALL4 all-wheel drive, a roomy interior, and a solid driving feel make the Countryman a crossover that can take on the elements
- MINI Clubman: available ALL4 all-wheel drive, spacious storage, and a powerful engine allow the Clubman to handle winter conditions
The Countryman is the premier offering from MINI, and it’s a good choice if you face moderate to heavy snow in your area. The 2018 and 2019 years have the best ratings from Car and Driver for this model. If you prefer the Clubman, the models from 2020 and after have the highest rating for this make. However, the Clubman has a lower ground clearance than the Countryman, so it won’t clear snow quite as well.
