An HOA (homeowners association) statement is basically a bill. If you don’t see it and it doesn’t sound like your neighbor received one, so contact your HOA and ask for another copy.
Each HOA is different; some issue a monthly bill to all residents for the HOA payment and any other shared assessments. If only you received one, it is probably a bill for a past due amount or a possible fine or warning for a violation.
