What happens if I get a ticket with my learner's permit in Montana?
I recently got my permit. I was pulled over the other day for not wearing a seatbelt. The officer gave me a warning, but I'm wondering what could happen? Would I still be able to get my driver's license?

“Montana has specific driving rules and regulations for teen drivers. Since you recently got your permit, you are still in step one of the driver training program.
In step one, you won’t be allowed to get your restricted license if:
You have fewer than 50 hours of supervised practice
A seat belt violation
A traffic violation
An alcohol/drug violation
