What does it mean when I sign up to drive with Uber and the website tells me, "Your insurance doesn't pass the threshold requirements"?

I just started my application for Uber. But when I uploaded my insurance documents, it told me that I can't drive for Uber because my insurance doesn't pass the threshold requirements. What does this mean?

“When you drive for Uber, you have to meet certain stipulations on your
car insurance
. This means you have to have:
  • State-minimum liability
  • A policy that lists you as a driver
  • A policy VIN that matches your vehicle VIN
  • A current insurance policy with a clear future expiry date
If you didn’t meet all of these specifications, that’s why you received that message.”
