Should I get additional coverage on top of Tesla roadside assistance?
"I had a flat tire on my Tesla in my driveway, so I called the company's roadside assistance number. They quoted me $80 to fix the tire or $340 for a replacement. They also said they couldn't get to it until tomorrow.
So I'm thinking, what if I was stranded in the middle of nowhere? Should I get additional roadside assistance?"

“If they’re quoting you a day to fix a tire, you should definitely consider an additional
towing and labor coverage
policy from a company like AAA
or your current auto insurance company.You’re right to to be concerned about the response time, as even delayed responses are no more than a few hours. And for about $50 to $150 a year, you know that you’re covered, even if Tesla’s roadside assistance leaves you high and dry.”
