Should I cancel my coverage for water backup and sump overflow?

"My homeowners policy has optional coverage for water backup and sump overflow, which costs around $100 a year. Since I don't have a sump pump, would it be a good idea to cancel this coverage and pocket the money?

Water backup and sump overflow coverage protects you from more than just a failed sump pump. It also provides coverage for any damage in your home due to clogged sewer lines or drains that can back up into your property. You would still want this coverage if you are connected to a public water and/or sewer system.
