I want to buy an electric hybrid vehicle for my family, but I’m having trouble deciding between the Toyota Rav 4 Electric Hybrid and the Subaru Crosstrek Electric Hybrid. Is one of these cars more reliable than the other? I want my vehicle to last for a while.

, the first thing to keep in mind is that the Crosstrek is a plug-in hybrid while the Rav4 is not. This means that the Rav4 will use its gas and electric motors interchangeably to maximize fuel efficiency, whereas the Crosstrek will use its battery power before switching to its gas motor. If your main goal in purchasing a hybrid is using less gasoline, the Crosstrek might be a better option for you.That said, the Rav4 has a slightly higher reliability score than the Crosstrek.
