Overall yes, the Chevy Traverse is a good SUV.
The 2021 model received a five-star rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). J.D. Power gave the 2022 model a predicted reliability score of 82 out of 100, and RepairPal gave the same model a 3.0 out of 5.0 for reliability.
Customers also loved the spacious cabin design, the user-friendly technology, and the fuel-efficient powertrain. Plus, with a starting MSRP of $35,095, this model is certainly competitively priced.
With that being said, this SUV still has some issues. Customers don’t love the fact that many safety features are only available in higher trims, including adaptive cruise control. This is unfortunate especially because this SUV has some pretty large blindspots to watch out for and a large body that can make maneuvering through traffic a little challenging.
