The Buick Envision is not a midsize SUV. It’s actually a bit smaller, so it’s considered a compact crossover SUV.
Similarly sized vehicles include the Chevrolet Equinox, the Acura RDX, the Infiniti QX50, and the Lincoln Corsair.
Unfortunately, Buick doesn’t actually make a midsize SUV. The next largest SUV they offer is the Buick Enclave, which is a three-row full-size crossover SUV—so it’s probably a little bit larger than what you’re looking for. Buick’s other SUV, the Encore, is even smaller than the Envision.
Depending on what you’re looking for in an SUV, the Envision might still be worth the test drive! With a starting MSRP of $35,600, it’s more affordable than its luxurious European counterparts, while still offering a higher-class experience than some American-made vehicles in its class.
