However, if the other driver is uninsured or their insurance is slow to repair your vehicle, your
company may require you to pay your deductible and submit a claim with them. They would then seek to collect from the other driver’s insurance and reimburse you.
While it’s not always guaranteed that you’ll be reimbursed, in most situations you should be.
