That’s a great question! I-70 in Colorado is not a toll road, but the designated Express Lanes require a toll for drivers, including motorcyclists, hybrid drivers, and carpoolers.
If you do drive in the Express Lane, you can pay your toll online through an ExpressToll account or through License Plate Toll (LPT).
