My license was suspended about two months ago for a six-month period. However, my kid was throwing up at school, and with no one to go get her, I drove to pick her up. that can stay on your record permanently.You may have an ace up your sleeve so to speak because of the issue with your child, though. Depending on the leniency of the judge, you may be able to plead guilty to a lesser charge due to the extenuating circumstances.
