Is a Toyota Celica a good first car?

I was really considering getting the now 2022 CT5-V Black wing—I really like the sound of its 3.6 0-60 time. But It’s pretty far out of my price range. There’s a 2020 CT5-V for sale that I can afford—but I assume that has a lot less power and speed. What’s the 0-60 for that version of the CT5-V?

I scraped my Dodge’s passenger side rims on a curb the other day. I wondered if it was possible to have the damage repaired or if I should just replace the rims entirely. Can Dodge rims be repaired?
