I accidentally hit a rental car with my motorcycle this morning. What can I expect to have to pay for?

I made a small dent in the car in front of me at a traffic light this morning. The driver said it was a rental car and they had insurance for it. Will I be held liable for anything?

“Whether you are in a car or motorcycle, you are liable if you hit someone else’s property. Since the car belongs to a rental car company, handling insurance might be a much easier process.
Once the driver brings the car back to the rental agency, the agency will assess the damage. As long as no one was hurt, it will be just a simple

claim.
The best thing to do is notify your insurance company of the incident and provide them will all the information you have on the other driver. The rental car agency will reach out to your carrier to be reimbursed for the damages, and most likely, the other driver will put in a claim for the deductible they had to pay for the
