How much does a Lincoln battery cost?

My mom is in the process of buying a used car and since we’ll be sharing it, I’m taking a lot of interest in which car she picks. So, imagine my dismay when I see she’s eyeing a 2019 Volkswagen Beetle. I like a slug bug as much as the next guy, but how am I supposed to race in that? How many cylinders does it come with?

I’m going to be test driving some cars at an Audi dealership soon, so I’m looking at the selection they have online. Is the 2016 Audi A8 L 3.0 TDI a good car?
