How much do pilot car drivers make?

How much would I make as a pilot car driver? I’m thinking about it because I like driving anyway and it seems like a pretty easy job.

Typically, pilot car drivers make $31,000 to $41,500 per year. Pilot car drivers also tend to make more as long haul drivers. Pilot car drivers make $902 per week on average, while long haul drivers make $1,271 per week.
If you’d like to become a pilot car driver, you’ll need a high school diploma or a GED and a
valid driver’s license
. Some companies will also require you to get a commercial driver’s license, pass a background check, and/or take a defensive driving course.
