How many points before your license is suspended in North Dakota?

Can my license get suspended if I have a lot of points on my driving record? I live in North Dakota and don’t totally understand what driving points are for, or why I need to worry about them.

The laws surrounding license points vary from state to state, so it’s understandable that you’re confused! If you get 12 points or more, your license can be suspended in
North Dakota
. The suspension will last for seven days for each point over 11.
However, one license point will be removed from your ND record for every three months without a citation. This means that, if you exhibit good driving behavior, the points on your record can be removed with time and patience!
License points can affect your insurance rates, too. No matter what your record looks like, the
