Jeep capitalized on the popularity of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series by making 200 MW3 Jeeps.
With 6.5 million copies and $400 million grossed, the game was one of the best-selling video games of all time. The military heritage of the Jeep Wrangler only made sense to become the selling point of a vehicle based on the video game series.
Interestingly, the model wasn’t all that much more than a regular Wrangler, starting at around $40,000. However, it had a specialized hood, heavy-duty bumpers, off-road tires, 17-inch rims, and a winch to give it that military feel.
