How many Lexus SC430s were made?
My grandpa has a Lexus SC430 sitting in his garage that he said he would give me once he passes. I obviously hope that is a long time from now, but I’m toying around with the idea of selling it and want to know how rare those things are. How many did Lexus end up producing?

In production from 2001 to 2010, 72,000 Lexus SC430s were made.
When it first came on the market, it wasn’t very popular and garnered harsh reviews for its underwhelming performance. However, the **unique body style and overall luxurious feel **turned things around once folks gave the SC430 a chance.
The US was the largest consumer of this particular vehicle and most of them were made in their earliest years. Check out your granddad’s ride—if it’s a 2008 or 2009 model

, it’ll be even rarer! Though, I also hope you don’t get your hands on it too soon.
