My buddy is offering to sell his 2016 Scion FR-S. I’m still looking for more info on its specs before deciding, starting with performance stuff. How many cylinders does a Scion FR-S have?

Since performance is what you’re interested right now, here are some more specs for the 2016 Scion FR-S:

- Torque: 151 lb-ft @ 6,600 rpm
- Transmission: Six-speed manual (standard) or six-speed automatic (optional)
- Fuel system: Port/direct injection
- Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive (standard)
These are all pretty solid offerings for a sports car that had a starting MSRP just over $26,000. If you and your friend haven’t talked about price yet, a base-level option in good condition today could commonly sell for between $16,000 and $19,500.
