How many BMW 330i ZHPs were made?

This is kind of a far-fetched dream of mine, but I’d love to collect early 2000s performance cars one day. One I’m curious about is the 330i ZHP. Do you know how many BMW 330i ZHPs were made?

That would be a pretty sweet collection. Since
BMW’s
production numbers aren’t readily available, at least not publicly, it’s hard to say exactly how many BMW 330i ZHPs were made—but a reasonably educated guess would be “not many.”
The ZHP was an optional performance package for the
BMW 330i
offered between 2003 and 2006. That’s a relatively short window of time, and since it was an optional package, there wouldn’t have been many produced in comparison to the standard 330i.
The ZHP was originally referred to simply as the “330i Performance Package,” but its code for ordering and information purposes was “ZHP,” and the title ended up sticking. A promotional brochure introducing the ZHP for the 2003 model year stated not many would be produced, with 1,000 6-speed transmission models and 3,000 automatic transmission models planned for production.
At its introduction for the 2003 model year, the ZHP gave some slight boosts to the BMW 330i’s performance potential, adding about 10 horsepower and eight pounds-feet of torque. It also had a speed limiter that extended to 155 miles per hour, compared to the standard 128.
