How many amp hours is a car battery?
I was just reading up on batteries and learning about amp hours. It’s pretty interesting, so I’d love to know how many amp hours a car battery has?

That’s a good question! As I’m sure you could guess, the specific answer depends on the size of the car and the type of battery it needs.
In general, most car batteries have between 40 and 65 amp hours. Typically, you’ll see this as Ah on a battery. Amp hours tell you how much amperage a car battery outputs in one hour.
