How long do I have to add my new car to my insurance?
I bought a second car a few days ago. How long do I have to add it to my current insurance policy? I'd hate to be uncovered.

“The amount of time to add a new car to your insurance is called a grace period, and it varies from provider to provider. In most cases, insurers will give you between seven and 30 days to add the insurance to your car.
However, the amount of

coverage you add depends on several factors. If you’re purchasing a used car or older model vehicle, you may only need liability coverage. But if you financed your vehicle, lenders will require full coverage, including comprehensive and collision insurance on top of your liability insurance.Other coverage you may want to consider includes:
