How do you wash a black car without water spots?
Is there any way to wash a black car without leaving water spots? Every time I wash my car it’s covered in water spots, and they show up really well because my car is black.

Those little water spots can get annoying, especially if you’ve taken the time to do the job correctly. If you continue to get them no matter what you do, here’s how to wash a black car without leaving water spots behind:
- Wash your car in the early morning or on a cool, cloudy day to prevent the water from drying on your car before you’re finished.
- Wash your car section by section.Wash part of your caras normal with soap and water, then rinse the area and dry it immediately with a microfiber cloth to prevent water spots from forming as you work on the rest of your car.
- Work from the top down to prevent dirty water from flowing over an area that you’ve already cleaned.
- When you’ve washed your whole car, go over any water spots with a water spot remover like OxiClean Max Force.
- Wax your car to provide a final coat of protection.
