you just need to locate the correct bulb in the headlight assembly, disconnect it from the socket, and replace it with a new bulb.Replacing the bulbs in your Scion is a pretty straightforward process, but here is a step by step guide:
- Open the hood and prop it up with the prop bar
- Locate the bulb that you want to replace
- Twist counter-clockwise to pull the socket from the headlight assembly
- Push down the tab on the socket and pull the bulb out
- Replace with the new bulb
- Reattach the socket to the headlight assembly
This process doesn’t require any tools, and only takes a few minutes. Once the new bulbs are in, test your headlights to make sure they are working properly.
