It’s great that you haven’t had any more violations for the past few years! Checking how many points are on your license in Texas is a simple process.
You can check out any violations that are on your license online through the Texas Department of Public Safety. Once you make your way to the
license manager
, you can input your information to print your driving record. Some of the different driving records you can request include:
- A simple record of your name, address, and license status
- A three-year review of your driving history
- A list of all accidents and violations that are on-record
You will have to pay a small fee when you request your record, but the amount will depend on the record you need. If you don’t have a printer, you can request that your
driving record
be mailed to you. If you have one or more violations on your driving record, it can be very difficult to find affordable car insurance rates.
