How do you remove makeup stains from a car's interior?

I constantly put makeup on in my CR-V. Now, I have makeup stains all over the cloth seats. Is there anything I can do to remove them?

“Our cars tend to be our home away from home, so we’ve all been there!
Thankfully, an automotive stain cleaner should help you with those pesky makeup stains. Another option is using a stain remover like OxyClean or upholstery cleaner.
Otherwise, you can also try a combination of:
  • Warm water
  • Dish soap (like Dawn)
  • An upholstery brush
For those extreme cases, baking soda and ammonia can help lift stains from the fabric.
If you’ve exhausted your options and some stubborn stains remain, try an interior detailer! Many detailers have professional products designed to deep clean your car and remove any lingering stains or odors.
Beyond maintaining the interior of your car, be sure to protect the exterior as well! Having a
car insurance
policy that provides you with proper coverage is essential. You can add or change coverage by speaking with your insurance agent or use the
