My partner and I are in San Francisco visiting family. We are borrowing his sister’s 2018 Honda while we’re here because our hotel is far from his family's house. I need to get gas, but I don’t know how to open the gas tank. How do you open the fuel door on a Civic?

Before driving to the gas station, walk around the outside of the vehicle to figure out where the gas tank is.

Drive to a gas station and park on the appropriate side at an available gas pump.

Turn off the vehicle, get out, and walk over to the fuel door.

Press on the right side of the fuel door to release it, then fully open the door to access the gas tank opening.
