Use the key fob. If the owner gave you a key fob, you can either approach the car or press the top of the fob once. Either of these options should unlock and lock it.
Use the key card. If the owner supplied you with a key card, put the key card up to the driver’s door side pillar. Doing so should work to lock and unlock the car.
Once the door is unlocked, push in the wide part of the exterior door handle using your thumb. This will open the door, allowing you to pull the handle or edge of the door.
