How do you jump start a Toyota Camry hybrid?
I just bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid. It's my first Hybrid and I want to be prepared in case of any emergencies. How would I jump start it?

is an important skill! Before you get started, you’ll need:- Red and black jumper cables
- A second car
Now that you have the supplies, here are the steps to jumpstart your Camry:
- Start by opening the hood.
- Next, open the fuse box.
- There, you’ll see a red terminal cover. Open it.
- Connect a red jumper cable to the Toyota terminal.
- Now, connect the red and black jumper cables to the second vehicle.
- Lastly, take the black jumper cable and connect it to any unpainted metal surface in your Toyota.
- Once the cables are connected, start the engine of the second vehicle.
- Let it run for five minutes.
- Start your Toyota.
- Remove the jumper cables in the reverse order of how you put them on (so it would be black, red/black, red this time).
Another helpful thing to have is roadside assistance. Even if you know how to jump start a car, it never hurts to have a backup plan!
