How do you install car seat covers?
How do you put seat covers on a car? I want to protect my car fabric from my kids.

Here’s how to properly install car seat covers:
- First, remove your headrests, if you have them. If your car seat covers include headrest covers, you can go ahead and put those on.
- Next, pull the cover over the seat back and adjust it until it’s snug.
- There should be two loops on the back of the cover that you can put between the seat back and the seat. Using a coat hanger or another wire, pull the loops underneath the seat.
- Using the S-hooks, connect the elastic loops. You can always tie the loops off if the seat cover is too big.
- Now you’ll need to cut the headrest holes. First, feel the cover to find the holes that hold your headrest and mark them with a marker. Then, make a small, quarter-inch cut parallel to the sides of the car. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to replace your headrests.
Now that you’ve protected your car from your kids, ensure it’s protected in the event of a more serious incident.
