Car scratches are the worst, especially on tinted windows! Thankfully, depending on the severity of the damage, you may be able to fix the tint scratch on your own.
To fix the scratch:
Cut around the scratch with a razor blade to sever the layers of tint film from the glass.
Douse the section with water, then wipe the excess with a towel.
Use a razor to pull the damaged tint section away from the glass.
Remove the glue from the window.
Cut a section of matching tint to replace the damaged section.
Paste on the new section of tint matching the seams of the removed section.
