How do you fit roof bars to a BMW 3 Series?
Is there a way to fit roof bars onto a BMW 3 Series? Do they make roof bars in that size? I want to add a rack to the top of my car to make it easier to transport my bike.

You can definitely add a roof rack to your car! To fit roof bars to a
BMW
3 Series, make sure to purchase the right materials. You can buy roof bars directly from BMW, on Amazon, or from any number of third-party sellers. Just make sure that the roof bars are compatible with a BMW 3 series and you should be good to go!Once you’ve purchased your roof bars, install them by following these steps:
- Open the four gutter flaps on each side of the roof. You may need to use a credit card for this.
- Place both roof bar feet in the corresponding gutters. If the roof bar isn’t properly aligned with the gutters, you can use the included tool (or a wrench of your own) to adjust them by loosening the Allen bolts on either side.
- Once the roof feet are in the gutters, tighten the screw on the outside of each side of the roof bar.
- Tighten the Allen bolts inside the roof bar.
- Repeat this process with the second roof bar.
