I bought a BabyStart car seat for my sister and I want to install it in her car as a surprise. I have a plan to get the keys from her but I have no idea how to fit the car seat into her car. The instructions might as well be in a foreign language. How do you fit a BabyStart car seat in your car?

To fit a BabyStart car seat in your car, start by identifying the different parts of the car seat. Typically, car seats will include a cradle and a base.
Place the base into the car and run the seatbelt through the appropriate openings before clipping it in. If you need help and the instructions are hard to read, this step is usually illustrated, which should make it easier to follow.
Secure the cradle in the base, then give the whole seat a shake to make sure that it is sturdy and well placed.
If you’re not so confident about the assembly, call up your local fire department and ask them to inspect the seat. This is a service that fire departments regularly provide, so no need to feel weird about asking. They’ll be happy to help!
