How do you find your car if it gets towed?
I parked my car on the street last night, and it may have been towed because of street cleaning. How can I find out if my car has been towed?

Getting your car towed is definitely frustrating; I’m sorry that that happened! However, if you think your car was towed by the city, simply call your local police department. They should be able to give you information about where your car is, as well as the company that towed it.
Once you find out where it was taken, arrange for a ride there. Make sure you have a method of payment to cover all the charges for retrieving your vehicle. Some impound lots charge storage fees in addition to the tow charge.

Once you pay all fines and provide proof of ownership, the impound lot should release your vehicle to you. You should be all set to drive home and put everything behind you!
